Bhaskareeyam 2025 - Sutra Foundation & Dr Vaikom Vijayalakshmi

Bhaskareeyam 2025 - Sutra Foundation & Dr Vaikom Vijayalakshmi

For over 70 years, our founders - the late Sri KP Bhaskar and the late Smt Santha Bhaskar - built their lives around our institutions. Their contributions to the arts landscape in Singapore is immeasurable, and this annual festival is our way of celebrating them and their greatest love, the Arts.

From 29 Aug to 31 Aug, you can immerse yourself in the music and dance of some artistically excellent artists from Singapore and abroad. The Festival also includes the Prasaantham series. Named in honour of Smt Santha Bhaskar, the series is intended as a platform for upcoming artistes to grow and glow, and as a stepping stone to be introduced to the music and dance industry.

An exciting slate of music and dance acts await you in this spectacular performing arts festival!

HEADLINE ACTS + MASTERCLASS/LECDEM
Headlining the Festival are the illustrious Sutra Foundation led by Datuk Ramli Ibrahim as well as renowned Indian Carnatic vocalist Dr Vaikom Vijayalakshmi. An interactive masterclass and an engaging lecdem by these exponents are also on the cards. Certainly not to be missed!
